These Terms apply to clients using the Timroll QuickBooks Online integration provided by Kuranga Digital Ltd.

2. Authorization

By connecting QuickBooks Online, you authorize Timroll to access and process accounting data needed to sync payroll-related records and maintain integration functionality.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the integration only for lawful business purposes and to:

Provide accurate configuration and accounting information
Maintain security of your account credentials
Comply with applicable tax, payroll, and accounting regulations

4. Data Responsibility

You retain ownership of your business data. Kuranga acts as a service provider for integration and processing activities required to operate Timroll features.

5. Third-Party Services

QuickBooks Online is a third-party service operated by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's terms, policies, and platform availability.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable integration services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation due to external platform dependencies and network conditions.

7. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if misuse, unauthorized activity, security risk, or contractual non-compliance is detected.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. Continued use of the integration after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
